This is a rare 2016 Easter Egg from Playmobil. This set 6836 has a Playmobil figure inside as well as a unique looking green dragon.
The image below shows the actual red plastic egg that contains the playmobil and dragon. This set adds to the fantasy temple released by Playmobil in the year 1995.
