The german playmobil forum Klickywelt shared a photo of what seems to be the pages of the 2022 German catalog, showcasing Naruto Shippuden as a shadowy figure, with the months September and November at the top.
“Naruto Shippuden meets Playmobil!” – “Fur alle anime-fans kommen hier die lieblingshelden aus Naruto zum Nachspielen der coolsten. Momente aus der Serie oder zum Erfinden ganz eigener kreativer Szenen.”
Translation: “For all anime fans, here comes your favorite Naruto heroes to play with and recreate the coolest moments from the show, or invent and create your own scenes!”
The official Playmobil Facebook page just posted two pictures of one awesome Back to the Future scene from the movies, featuring a brand new “Steamy Mary” western train!
Could this be a hint that they are planning to relaunch the Train? I sure hope so! I am sure thousands of playmobil fans would be buying this immediately upon relase!
The delorean in front of the train already received rail tires in order to be used like this. Maybe it is only a matter of time to see the awesome most wanted announcement of the train relaunch.
Playmobil just announced a new Asterix set 71087 the Advent Calendar for the year 2022! Should be available for purchase in Germany around July 2022 and sometime later in the USA.
Looks like a copy of the Viking ship, but with a different design, instead of a Dragon, we have some sort of a duck or ostrich, plus the mast has a spot for a viking spotter!
Look at what Mr. Juan Esteban posted on his twitter! Pages of the German July 2022 catalog! There are a total of six new sets for Novelmore, featuring the Sal’ahari sands with more skeleton knights.
Playmobil Sal’ahari sands set 71024 – Scorpion Rider with Temple. Playmobil Sal’ahari sands set 71025 – Skeleton Oliphant. Playmobil Sal’ahari sands set 71026 – Dune cart with Knight Playmobil Sal’ahari sands set 71027 – Skeleton Attack Tower
Above you can see what seems to be a glorious Sand Ship! Playmobil Sal’ahari Sands set 71023, Novelmore sand ship. Right under that large box you can also see the Playmobil set 71028, Sal’ahari sands Arwynn’s Camel.
Playmobil has done it again by launching yet another hardcore and most wanted car: Mr. Been’s Mini Cooper! Not just that, but if you look at the silhouette under the white sheet, you can see the chair is on the roof as well!
The character standing next to the car is not Mr. Been, it is just an average playmobil ready to reveal the car. I would bet anything that Playmobil will surely include a Mr. Been character with this car! Pure awesomeness!
If you have any doubt, I have placed an original photo of Mr. Been’s mini cooper with his chair for a proper comparison.
Playmobil just announced a cool looking set of four rewind friction 4wheelers. You push them back and release for a race. Below you can see the ad straight from the French Catalog of 2022.
There seems to be a 4wheeler EMS set 71091. The fireman 4wheeler playmobil set 71090, a police 4wheeler set 71092 and a green racing 4wheeler numbered 71093.
Here it is, the Magician’s Traveling Wagon from Violet ValeNovelmore! The box doesn’t mention Violet vale, but you can tell it is or should be classified as one since it is a purple box art.
Below you can watch the full video review of this glorious Violet Vale set 70903 straight from my youtube channel @ PlaymoBello.
A new character is introduced here: Armathor, a Magician with a large staff and this wagon. He carries food, gold coins and gems in this wagon. This set should be out in the market on March 2022.
Above you can see all the accessories that comes with this wagon and there are a ton! Gold coins, weapons, fully armored horses, potion making tools and other items.
Here is another set for Novelmore fans, the Kaboom Fiery Dragon, playmobil set 70904 from the Burnham Raiders collection. A brand new dragon design with cool looking fire bolts on his wings.
Below you can watch my video review of the playmobil set 70904 Burnham Raiders Fiery Dragon!
Kaboom is riding the dragon on the box art. This set comes with two Burham Raiders: Kaboom and Tyragon and two Novelmore Knights: Bolt and Lady Gwynn. Awesome new set by Playmobil!
Above you can see the back of the box with all the other available Novelmore sets and a huge artwork of the castles and knights fighting each other.
Above you can visualize all the accessories, there aren’t many, but you do get an absolutely awesome orange and black dragon with four characters. Playmobil Novelmor set 70904 is now one of the coolest Burnham sets out there.
Playmobil set 70825 is an alternative evil version of the Fairy Tear Hut, this one being a dark Spider Tear Hut. This set can hang on the Community Tree, or anywhere else that is high enough.
Below you can watch the video review of the playmobil set 80825 Ayuma Bat Tear Hut.
This is a Ayuma set released May of 2022. This set has a new kind of spider and an evil character called: Elvinia.
Above is the artwork created by Playmobil for the cover of the Ayuma box, set numbered 70825 and above you can see all the accessories that comes with this set.
This just appeared in the pages of the new Playmobil German Catalog, with the words “Coming Soon! A Venir!” and below the covered car the title: “American Vulture”.
Looks like Corvette Singray? Ac Cobra? Chevrolet C1? No, maybe not. The car above should be revealed sometime soon, no specific date for that yet.
Playmobil just announced their new classic car in a German Catalog, the Knight Rider set 70924. This car comes straight out of a 1982 TV Series called Knight Rider.
The car known as Kitt is a beautiful modified Pontiac Trans Am, color black with red lights. This set comes with three main characters from the TV show, one being Michael Knight himself, Devon Miles and Bonnie Barstow.
Above you can look at the page straight from the German Catalog, showcasing Kitt, the Knight Rider, Playmobil set 70924.
Just for fun, here is the teaser Playmobil released a while back, showing just the silluette of the car under a white blanket, with three playmobil figures around it.
Playmobil announced a new classic car for the year 2022, the Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing, a beautiful vintage racing white car, number 54.
So far playmobil released nearly ten beautiful realistic cars, including the Delorean and Ghostbusters movie cars. Seems like Playmobil is here to dominate the market of classic cars for collectors and fans.
Above you can see Playmobil’s official teaser, showing just the silhouette of the classic car 70922 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL.
Here is the reveal of another awesome Playmobil classic car, set 70923 the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7. A shinny yellow Porsche as listed below:
This car is yet to be fully revealed by Playmobil, but here it is the photo and beautiful design. We don’t know if it will be based on a movie or TV series, and what characters we will have with it.
Above you can see the teaser Playmobil released, to hint out their launch of the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7.
Playmobil released a second wave of sets from the Ayuma theme, this one is Playmobil set 70807 Wizard’s Tower. Comes with a new Fairy and a Boar spirit animal, plus two new characters: Xamira and Zoxy.
This tower looks fantastic, very dark and moody, visually a bit evil as well. This is a design from a Wizard tower from the Fantasy sets from 1995. Beautiful design by Playmobil, I love how it is not extremely pink with bright colors, like some of their past sets.
Above you can watch the awesome playmobil review of the Ayuma set 70807 Bat Fairy Ruins, right here on YouTube by @ PlaymoBello.
This looks so good, I can even see them being used with Novelmore Knights or both worlds at the same time.
Playmobil just announced another new set for June 2022, Playmobil 70808 Ayuma Spring Ceremony. This set has a great altar with a white face and gem, with three shields representing a crossbow, leaf and crystal.
The set seems to include three fairies and maybe a little black dragon or dinosaur. The main Fairy looks dark and evil with a pair of awesome looking wings.
Above is a list of all accessories that comes with Ayuma set 70808. A cool looking rocky altar with lights hanging and several other items. The best of this set is probably the winged fairy, very detailed wings.
Playmobil just announced a new set: Playmobil 70905 Ayuma Fairy with raccon spirit animal. This one seems to be one of the small boxes with few accessories, like a training dummy and tree log.
The fairy soldier looks great and fully accessorized. These sets are a great addition to Playmobil and can even be used in conjunction with Novelmore Knights.
The design of this Playmobil set 70905 is great, going away from the constant “always-pink” colorful sets they have been making in the past. Fantastic innitiative by the Playmobil Designers!
Playmobil just announced a new Novelmore set 70870, the Attack Tower. This set seems to bring back the vintage attack tower from the 90’s with a cool wall extension that can probably connect to the Grand Novelmore Castle.
This set also brings four new characters and a small blue dragon, totaling 149 pieces, covering both Burnham Raiders and Novelmore soldiers.
Above you can see all the accessories from this playmobil novelmore set, from a photo of the German playmobil box. This set is already available in Europe and should arrive in the USA in 2022.
Playmobil decided to relaunch the most loved and adored Victorian Mansion of the 90’s, the set 5300 is here at around $199.99 USD,
Not only the Victorian Mansion, set 70890 has relaunched, but several of its 90’s furniture rooms, like the main bedroom, the kitchen, bathroom, all the major victorian sets. Enjoy!
Above you can watch the video review of the ORIGINAL 1990 playmobil victorian mansion, set number 5300. This is a review from my youtube channel @PlaymoBello.
Above you can visualize the accessories that comes with this mansion. It has the same mirror, paintings and portraits from the previous 90’s set. Three characters that also look identical and the house, also perfectly equal. Everyone who missed on getting this mansion, can now have it for a retail price of 199.99 USD. I am sure Playmobil will also release the extra add-on that adds an extra floor to the mansion.
Playmobil just announced their new car: The Mini Cooper! Comes with a family and a british police officer. Numbered set 70921 it should hit the stores around June 2022.
Now we just need playmobil to release a Mr. Been version of the car as well, with the caracter and his little bear. Below is a page from an ad announcing two classic cars by playmobil.
Above you can visualize the official playmobil teaser of the classic car 70921 Mini Cooper. Only revealing the silluette of the car.
Here is a new Playmobil City Action set released in June of 2022. The safe thief, playmobil set 70908 with a fully geared police officer and a ton of gold.
This set is filled with cash, money bags, coins and gold bars. A must for any Playmobil Police fan. The safe itself being the real reason to collect this set.
Above you can see all the accessories you get with this playmobil set 70908. A large safe box, tools to open the safe including TNT explosives and two characters.
This is the new James Bond 007 car, the Aston Martin DB5 Goldfinger Edition, a deluxe set from Playmobil, number 70578, introducing four playmobil characters, including James Bond himself.
This is absolutely a glorious design by Playmobil and probably a dream for every fan out there, regardless of age. Playmobil done a great job to launch this set!
This car is already out, at the official Playmobil store in the US. Selling for a retail price of $89.99 and if you wait for a 25% off sale or coupon, you will be paying just $67.00 US Dollars.
Is this true? There are photos leaking in some areas of the internet, including the Playmobil Reddit forum of a Startrek Enterprise. Some toy sites are actually requesting pre-order payments, up to $499 USD!
Could this be a well made scam or did Playmobil actually design this Enterprise?
With a total of 7 characters and a neatly made trekkie stand, this set comes loaded with accessories and rooms.
The Enterprise is supposed to be very large, as a collectors item, and of course, still functioning as a toy.
This photo of the cabin is very exciting, even those who are not fans of the Star Trek series, would understand how awesome it would be to actually own one of these.
I never imagined Playmobil would ever make a set worth $500 dollars, unless it was as large as two Grand Novelmore Castles put together, and even so, that would still add up to $400 dollars.
This is a very different approach to franchise launch, I guess it is a major collector’s item. Here is hoping Playmobil will release a Lord of the Rings series, that doesn’t follow this idea, so we can all own and enjoy the LOTR sets without having to break our wallets!
There are two new Novelmore sets on the horizon, 70538 and 70539. They have been released in Europe, but not in the USA. These sets are making us Playmobil fans, worried as it has been a while since the release in Europe.
Here is Playmobil Novelmore Defense Squad, set number 70538, released in the year 2020 and discontinued (it seems?) in 2021.
This set 70538 has a brand new character, Taylinn, she seems to be some sort of Bow-Lady, with an awesome ballista that shoots a hook with a rope attached to it, for castle invasions, and Norman reappears in this set, with different accessories, as well as a defense wooden wall.
70539 Burnham Raiders Fire Ruin
Here is Playmobil set 70539, Burnham Raiders Fire Ruin, also released in Europe in the year 2020 and discontinued in 2021. A large set with 139 pieces, introducing a half wizard tower, just like back in 1995 when Playmobil released some of their first vintage Knight sets.
This awesome tower shows some aging from battles and time, comes with four characters: Francis, Shiko, Flinton and Lucifex. Set 70539 also has several accessories, like a large beer keg, cannon, treasure chest, and cool looking staves (look at the doorway).
A Playmobil Conclusion
Here we are, hoping to definitely see these two sets 70538 and 70539 in the Playmobil.us site in the near future, so we can pay a nice retail price, instead of over infatuated eBay rates from European sellers!
Looks like Playmobil won’t stop releasing new awesome Novelmore sets! Here we are again, with another round of new sets, reaching a count of over 30+ Novelmore boxes! This theme definitely makes it the largest set released by Playmobil to date!
These are the pages of the Playmobil Catalog from 2021 (Germany). We are getting a brand new surprise box, numbered 70752, with 12 different skeleton knights!
Looks like Playmobil won’t be releasing them in plastic packages, now they are inside a skull-shaped can. Definitely an absolute awesome packaging, but how are we going to figure out what kind of skeleton is inside? 😀
So far there is no known way to do that, but with each skull countainer you get a ton of plastic sand to play with, so it is definitely worth its price!
There are the six brand new and unique sets:
Playmobil – Violet Vale Wizard Tower, set number: 70745 Playmobil – Violet Vale Demon Lair, set number: 70746 Playmobil – Violet Vale Plant Magician, set number: 70747 Playmobil – Violet Vale Demon Patrol, set number: 70748 Playmobil – Violet Vale Demon Air Magician, set number: 70749 Playmobil – Violet Vale Sa’ahari Sands Temple, set number: 70751
This is yet another unique set designed by Playmobil, the Wizard’s Tower, with three new characters. The entryway reminds me of a Hobbit hole, with a round doorway, the rest of the Tower design looks a little elvish. Definitely eye catching and shoots up anyone’s imagination.
This seems to be the main building of the Violet Vale, where the Wizards gather and defend themselves from the Sa’ahari Sands Knights – a army of skeletons from the desert?
This seems to be the lair (or tower) of the Demon – so far unamed – with his knight Umbrathor and a Violet Vale dwarven knight called Vermithor. Included in this set is a strange looking creature (look to the left of the box).
Also note two flying platforms, what are they? Maybe a breakeable floor?
This demon looks very unique and well designed, a mixture of a Dragon with strong humanoid features. Possibly the villain of this new line of Novelmore sets. Here is hoping for new epic episodes of Novelmore Animation!
This set comes in a smaller box, with a rocky formation with plants and a skull on top of it, sounds like Druid Voodoo to me – his name is Vegithor, the Plant Magician! He carries one epic unique fancy staff.
Vegithor looks like a Druid, with magical forest powers, but as of today, everything is just a guess. Playmobil hasn’t released much information about the Violet ValeNovelmore sets.
This set looks intriguing, a mixture of the wolven canon carriage from Novelmore Knights set, yet this faction seems to use green and purple to represent their kingdom. Who are they? Violet Vale? It introduces two characters, Flamathor and Demonthella, as well as some form of creature (left side of the box art).
The main question here is, what is “Violet Vale”? A knight faction? A kingdom of Novelmore? Are they fighting for the good or bad?
This set features the Air Magician Astrathor, so far that is all we know about him and his airplane. He holds green bolts and one hell of an awesome staff.
Judging by the colors of the flames from the rear of his airplane, I would risk saying he belongs to, or is allied to the Novelmore Knights. But as of now it is only a guess.
This set absolutely introduces a whole new structure to the world of Playmobil. With it, three new characters, Sul’thamath, Andowan and Dmagus, probably some sort of Necromancers who raise skeleton armies? Who knows!
The temple is structured by white pillars made out of skulls and green fires everywhere. We also get two brand new staves, with different designs.
Playmobil just released a new series called Dino Rise! A total of six dinosaurs armed with weapons and armor, alongside a neat animated series on YouTube.
This Playmobil set 70624, introduces the character Ian, the T-Rex Dinosaur fully armored and weaponized, alongside a giant Robotic Mech Suit! Hence why it was titled: “Battle of the Giants”. Plus a tiny Dino with two projectile launchers.
On this Playmobil set 70625, you get Samu and Ayla, with the Dinosaur Spinosaur. Officially titled “Double Defense Power”; I mean, just look at those rocket launchers!
This Playmobil set number 70626 features the character Milow and the Dinosaur Saichania. This set was officially titled: “Invasion of the Robot”, why? Well, because it also includes a magnificent looking Mech Suit Robot!
On this Playmobil set 70627 you get Jaden riding a Triceratops. This set was officially titled: “Battle for the Legendary Stones”, includes a rock cage and a cool net launcher that actually works!
On Playmobil set 70628 we get a neat flying Drone with the character Kaidan and his Dinosaur Pteranodon carrying a net to catch enemy units. This set was titled: “Drone Strike”.
And last but not least, for Playmobil set 70629 we get a Dinosaur Deinonychus with two rocket launchers on his back, plus Uncle Rob, with his tools, as titled: “Ready for Battle!”
Playmobil is about to release a new unique set called: “Adventures of Ayuma” consisting of eight boxes numbered from 70799 to 70806! This set is scheduled to be released (officially) in October of 2021.
Set 70799 introduces the main Tree of this whole set, where the village of Fairies live: The Community Tree. From the Playmobil Theme: “Adventures of Ayuma”.
Introducing the theme “Adventures from Ayuma”, here it is the Energy Fountain from Playmobil set 70800. Includes three Crystal Fairies with a Blue Winged Unicorn.
This is the Tree of Knowledge! With a Crystal Fairy and her spirit animal, the Fox! This is Playmobil set 70801.
This is set 70805, the Training Encampment. Featuring two Crystal Fairies with two spirit animals – the Bear and the Blue Parrot.
Behold the Crystal and Bat failries, with their animal spirits. This is Playmobil set 70803 from the theme “Adventures of Ayuma”.
This is the Waterdrop House, with a Fairy and her spirit animal (an owl). The house was built of a waterdrop. Not much space but yet as cozy as it can be! This is playmobil set 70804.
And last but not least, the Crystal Fairy with her spirit animal, the Deer, as of Playmobil set 70806.
The year 1996 wasn’t much of a strong year for fans of the medieval knights sets. Playmobil only released five new boxes with this theme, but, they were all absolutely eye catching and awesome to own, probably some of the most wanted and coolest vintage sets to date.
This is the coolest Siege Tower ever made by Playmobil, as shown here with set 3887. This was released just a couple years after the Medieval Castles from 1993, sets 3666 and 3667. The above shows somewhat of a different faction, the red eagles, but I believe they belong to the Castle Knights faction from set 3666, because their coat of arms uses the main colors green and yellow. (See their flag below).
As mentioned above, the Castle Knights follow the colors yellow and green, which could indicate that the Eagle Knights belong to their kingdom. You can play in any way you wish, doesn’t really matter! This set 3888 is another genius design by Playmobil: An invasion Tower with ladders and ropes to break into enemy castles. Not only it comes with eight knights, but also connects to castle set 3666 or 3667.
Playmobil set 3889 brings a platoon of four arrow and crossbow men, fortified with a mobile wooden wall, to barricade themselves from enemies projectiles. Fantastic display of medieval strategy with this set.
In this set we have a Baron, or heavily armored knight, Playmobil set 3890, with his loyal companion, a black dog. He seems to carry a coat of arms of a Black Eagle that doesn’t belong to any of the factions from 1993 sets.
I call this set the “Traveling Lady Merchant” but the official title for this Playmobil set 3891, is “The Ox Cart”. You can do a lot with it! The lady can be a traveling doctor, or just a helping girl, that can aid wounded knights by bandaging them. The set comes with a head and arm bandages for the soldiers. She is also in the trade business, with tables, a wine (or beer) keg, and a goat.
Playmobil released these sets, of wooden folks and bowmen, with trees and owls, portraying maybe a medieval Robin Hood scenery, as seen with Playmobil set 3626. You get even mushrooms and bunnies with 3626.
In this box, you get what seems to be a party in the woods, Playmobil set 3627, with a giant beer keg (or wine) musical instruments, a lady, a priest and a few soldiers.
Playmobil set 3628 adds three dogs, more wooden soldiers and a cool looking tree, plus a bird that looks like an Eagle or Falcon.
This is a forest hunter, he rides his horse and shoots animals with his bow and arrow, having the dogs chase the dying prey. Playmobil set 3629.
This is the traveling Monnk, he carries his few possessions in that blue bag, numbered Playmobil set 3631. This Monk can bring healing knowledge to the Playmobil villagers or just some insight into Philosophical meanings.
This set is called: “Dancing Bear Act”, as of Playmobil set 3632. Seems like they are entertainers from medieval days, who trained a bear to do some tricks, including some dance moves. That is why the bear has a chain and they are dressed with musical instruments. You can always make it a bear of war, that joins the armies of playmobil to invade castles.
Playmobil set 3633 is a funny one, as this guy is often refered to as “Hobo, or Homeless Man”, and I just don’t know why, maybe because he carries a white bag and a stick? He seems well dressed for the medieval days.
Starting with the Playmobil Tournament set 3652, we have a magnificent tent for the prince and princesses to watch knights fighting for a reward – that being a golden sword, a title or the hand of a lady.
In addition, Playmobil set 3654 introduced a new knight for the tournament set, the Swam Knight, accompanied of an assistant. The Swam Knight comes with a neatly furnished tent and a rack full of weapons.
With set 3659, Playmobil released the King and Queen of the Royal (Red) Knights, among them a messenger, two Royal Guards, a little prince, a Lady and a Trumpet man – and why not a little puppy?
Playmobil set 3665 was underrated back in the 90’s, some toy companies (other countries) didn’t even release this tower, yet it is the best looking and most awesome tower ever made by Playmobil: The Red Baron’s tower!
Playmobil set 3666 remains as the coolest vintage castle ever made! So large you can sit inside of it (if you are small enough). This magnificent fortress comes full of accessories and characters. This set includes two royal castle guards, a vagabond and his son. The kid is shown training with wooden swords on the cover of the box art.
This castle is gigantic, with several rooms to play in, a throne room, dining room and even a cellar. Set 3666 also connects to set 3667 and 3888 making it the largest Playmobil castle to date.
Playmobil set 3667 is one of my personal favorite castles. Perfectly nostalgic, following basic castle construction and strategy, plus it includes five characters fully equipped with weapons of war.
There is no Tournament without training. So here is Playmobil set 3668, the training knights. You get one knight of each faction: The Castle Knight (Green), the Royal Knight (Red) and the Swam Knight (Blue), all of them ready to train using a rotating dummy. They are all allies and live in the large Playmobil castle 3666.
A mysterious purple and black knight comes into play, as of Playmobil set 3669, giving the Red Baron’s kingdom a Knight to participate in the tournaments. A fully equipped knight and two assistants, increasing the numbers of soldiers to protect the Dragon Tower.
The Prison Chariot, Playmobil set 3674, with two Royal guards to ensure the prisoners can’t escape, much less be rescued by a small army. This set has a horse and a cage to transport criminals from one castle cell to another in safety.
Playmobil set 3651 comes in a very small box, a single yet awesome character: The Lion Knight Archer! He introduces the first version of the tower shield and a cool eye patch.
Playmobil set 3317 is a neatly cool glow in the dark Ghost! Not just that, but Playmobil realized that old medieval castles are so old, they should be haunted by ghosts as well. The ghost carries an actual chain and heavy metal ball around his feet.
1998 Playmobil Add-On
The images below show the three options for Add-Ons that Playmobil released in 1998 to complement the soldiers of each castle 3665, 3666 and 3667
We have the Lion Knights Leader, set 7665 and three lion knights soldiers, set 7664. Totaling in four new knights to add to the castle set 3667.
Above we have the Golden Dragon Leader from set 7672, and three golden dragon soldiers, from set 7671 to increase the population of the Red Baron’s tower, Playmobil set 3665.
And at last, above we have the Knights Captain set 7674, with three new soldiers, set 7673, each matching one of the allied factions of the Playmobil Castle Set 3666.
The year 1999 wasn’t much of a strong year for medieval knights fans, Playmobil only released one set: 3030 Knights Castle Adventure Set.
Another awesome half castle, this time with a large gate, resembling the gate from castle 3667, with a catapult, two mounted knights, a tree with rocks and several accessories. Not to mention six new characters!
Re-launch: Double Knights Set 3123
This Playmobil double set 3123 was released in 1999, revealing the option to buy both, Siege Tower and Castle Defense sets 3887 and 3888 in one single box.
Everything is the exact same from the original sets, they are just re-launched in a new larger package.
This is the beautiful artwork cover of the 1993 catalog, featuring Playmobil’s brand new medieval knights sets.
Playmobil released their first major Knights set in 1993 with large magnificent castles, battle towers, prison carriages, tournament tents and catapults.
These pages (above and below) are straight from the Playmobil USA catalogof 1993. The yellow triangles with an “N” means these sets had just been released in that year – N for new.
The themes in these sets seem to be representing three different factions:
The tower knights (green and yellow). The swan knights (blue). The royal crown knights (red).
These three factions are enemies of the Red Baron Knights, also addressed to as Purple Dragon Knights.
This 13 minutes Playmobil Pirates movie was released in 2016 by Playmobil to showcase their new Pirates Sets from the same year. The sets included a large pirate ship, an island, a tavern, little raft, red coat ship and a light house tower.
“It’s just an ordinary day at the local tavern, the Crow’s Nest, until a scruffy pirate crew shows up and steals the hidden treasure map! The cook, Peter, jumps into action and unexpectedly finds himself on a pirate ship embarking on an adventurous treasure hunt!” ~ Playmobil.
Here is a page of the 1994 Playmobil Catalog. This was the year playmobil released the best and most awesome Western sets ever made, including the Western Saloon and Sheriff’s office.
The best thing about these vintage catalogs are the photography and scenery created by Playmobil; Just look at the right page, all the sets united showing a cool action packed Western world.
All the sets from these pages have been reviewed, don’t miss out on these videos on PlaymoBello’s YouTube.
